New Delhi ,jan.28: Corporation Bank awarded membership to Chairman & Managing Director’s Club to 29 outstanding Branch Heads of the Bank who excelled in various areas of operation during the financial year 2012-13 at the Corporate Award Ceremony organized by the Bank at New Delhi. Shri S R Bansal, Chairman & Managing Director of the Bank inducted the Branch Heads at the Award Ceremony to the elite club of performers. The induction of the Club Members was done at a glittering ceremony organized at Hotel Connaught, Connaught Place, New Delhi on January 27, 2015.

Chairman & Managing Director Club Membership has been devised with selection parameters broadly premised on various parameters like Average Advances, Clientele expansion, Agriculture advances, Retail advances, Recovery, Non-interest Income, ratings in qualitative aspects in risk based audit with prescribed weightages tuned to corporate goals and priorities of the year and differential threshold in overall performance level. Duly considering the fact that units are operating under varied business environment, flexibility in the existing multi-goal concept is introduced as a pro-performer initiative and branches are permitted to leverage on the strengths of the operational area to excel in business development so as to reach the minimum threshold prescribed.
