Mangaluru, January 28: inter-parish dance competition “Naach Nara, Naach Nari – 2015” was organized by ICYM episcopal deanery at the auditorium of St Agnes PU College in Mangaluru on Sunday January 26th.
The competition was held for youth in the age group of 16-29 years in two categories – group and duet. Youth from various parishes exhibited their talents during the competition. Manjeshwar parish and Panir parish bagged the winning trophies in each of the categories.
On the dais, Sandeep Malani, renowned film director, ICYM directors Fr Ronald D’Souza, Mangaluru diocese, Fr Santhosh Lobo, Jonita Rasquinha, president, ICYM episcopal city deanery, Rubeena Pinto secretary, ICYM episcopal city deanery, Leon Saldanha and Vilita Fernandes, convenors of episcopal city deanery were present.
The guests felicitated the winners.
