Planet SKS awarded the ‘Best Residential Project in Tier II City’ by CNBC

Mangaluru, January 7: Planet SKS has been awarded ‘The Best Residential Project in Tier II City under Ultra Luxury Segment’ by India’s largest business media channel CNBC Awaaz in its recently held Real Estate Awards 2014 in New Delhi.

Utilizing the latest technology, the project Planet SKS is a high rise, low density housing project that ensures a healthy atmosphere for serene living. Its exquisite architectural design and best in class amenities are a testament to its splendour and high quality of construction.

Built off NH 66 at Kadri Hills, Mangalore Planet SKS is a project that is promoted to provide housing in the luxury segment and set out in 4.55 acres of land with just 10% ground coverage, the rest being green cover and fitness zones. Harish & Co, and Ms. Zia Modi – Partner, AZB.

The felicitation ceremony was held in New Delhi on 22^nd December 2014. It was presided over by Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, and the award was accepted by Mr. Sanath Kumar Shetty, Architect/Promoter of Planet SKS. Mr. Shashi Kiran Shetty is the Principal Promoter of the project Planet SKS informed Sanath Kumar- Architect/ Promoter of Planet SKS in a press meet organized in hotel Ocean Pearl in the city on Tuesday, January 6^th.

On this occasion, Sanath Kumar Shetty was felicitated by Sudesh Kumar- proprietor of Mayur builders, on behalf of builders association.
