Mangalore, October 2: The Assistant-Kaniyur Seer inaugurated the Clean India Drive at the Udupi Shree kriskna mutt on the eve of Gandhi Jayanthi.
The seer volunteered himself to the cleanliness drive. Taking part in the drive in front of a huge mass of devotees he said, this drive must not be confined only to on Gandhi Jayanthi, instead has to be continued further.
Gandhi had dreamt for a clean India, and the Prime-Minister Narendra Modi has bid to fulfil this. If our country’s every house, village, town and city is cleaned, it owes to the clean mind of the citizens. This drive is needed in order to clean the minds of the people. The devotees who had visited the Krishna Mutt along with the seer also joined hands in the drive.
