Mangalore, September 20: A day’s workshop on ‘Compliance leads Governance’ was organized on Saturday September 20, at Karnataka Bank Auditorium in Mangalore by the Mangalore chapter of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
The main speakers were CS Venkata Ramana Rajavolu, Hyderabad, C S Y.V Balachandra,Vice chairman of Mangalore Chapter of ICSI were the key speakers. Rajavolu,RVR Associates company secretary Hyderbad spoke on the topic titled ‘Incorporation of company with special reference to One Person Company (OPC)’.
The workshop was inaugurated by CS Y V Balachandra. The guests were welcomed by CS Ullas Kumar Melinamogaru.The supremo were introduced by CS P V Pai.
