Dubai, September 10: Under the organisation of Dubai ACME Building Materials, Dubai Devadiga Association (UAE), for its 22nd year’s anniversary on September 12th, has organized ‘Sandal Wood to Bollywood’ music-dance-comedy programme and the group of artists have reached Dubai to exhibit their talents.
On this Friday, September 12th at 5.30 p. m; the programme will take place at the Sheikh Rashid Kodialbail auditorium in Indian High School, Dubai.
Preparations have been undertaken in the view of grand success of the show success and well-known artists who have come down to Dubai for the music, dance and comedy show were welcomed to come to Dubai with great honour on Tuesday.
The famous playback singer Sinchan Dixit, famous singer Ravi Mururu (Bangalore), Ranjan Das (Mangalore),music director Rajgopal, convenor of the program Madhu Mailankodi along with other artists had arrived at Dubai International Airport and the show’s host, Harish Sherigar Director of Dubai ACME Building Materials , who is also singer and his wife Sharmila Sherigar welcomed them.
Most famous artists from Mumbai, Bangalore and the coastal area along with renowned singers of U.A.E Harish Sherigar, Akshata Rao, Melvin D’Souza , Joshal Sweeda D’Souza and others will entertain the audience by their marvellous voice.
In the programme singers are going to sing in Kannada, Hindi, Tulu and Konkani languages to entertain the gathering.
In order to add colours to the programme, Gammat Kalavidar(Dubai) will exhibit the comedy show. In addition, a variety of dance will be performed by Pranavam Nyatyalaya crew under the direction of Prasanna Kumar.

Harish Sherigar, I only wish to aspire to the things you’ve achieved. Telling you that you’re “appreciated” does not do your service justice. You’re the best! What a show buddy. All the Artists were amazing and had amazing stage presence. Oh ya let me not forget to thank you for having made it possible for me to see some of my good friends after a gap of 20 years.
