Holidays begin from Tuesday, Dec. 1, for ministries and federal authorities
The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has issued a circular as regards Martyr’s Day and UAE National Day, citing holidays from Tuesday, December 1, until Saturday, December 5, reports Emarat Al Youm.
Federal ministries will resume official working hours on Sunday, December 6, after the five-day break, which includes the weekend.
As per the report, all ministries and federal authorities will be closed for Martyr’s Day on December 1, 2015.
The President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan had ordered November 30 to be observed as Martyr’s Day. The holiday for this day will be on December 1.
