So what if Aishwarya Rai missed her Cannes red carpet, but that did not stop India from shining in the French Riviera. Indian super model Jesse Randhawa, who was Loreal’s launch model walked on the Cannes red carpet hand in hand with her dance maestro husband choreographer Sandip Soparrkar putting all rumour to rest regarding their troubled marriage.
Jesse was dressed in peacock coloured shimmering blue green mermaid gown designer by Indian designer Rohit Verma. Sandip on the other hand complimented her in his Deepak Shah designed royal blue bandgala jacket completing his look with a red rose. The couple looked simply stunning in the vibrant Indian colours and proved that Indian designs, styles and colours will always rule the red carpet.
Aishwarya Rai, Sonam Kapoor, Mallika Sherawat and Frida Pinto have become regulars on the Cannes red carpet, now we are also seeing this gorgeous Indian dancing couple at Cannes. This is Jesse and Sandip’s second outing and they truly are making India and Indian dance global with their stylish presence. They both are representing the Indian dance community at the 67th Cannes Film Festival and will be giving a talk and demonstration on ‘Dance – Soul of Bollywood films’ later this week to all the bollywood fan and international media.
