Mumbai: Kabir Khan’s ‘Phantom’ starring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif will not release this year. The release of the film, which was earlier scheduled for October 2, 2014 will now hit the theaters in 2015.
Reason. The major release dates have already been booked by other filmmakers and producer Sajid Nadiadwala felt it was best to release it next year. According to an insider, after a close door meeting last week, they are looking at April 2015 to release Phantom.
Also, it’s a big relief for Katrina as another film, ‘Bang Bang’ was schedule for October 2, 2014. Meanwhile, Kabir Khan has to shoot portions with Saif and Katrina in the coming months.
