Mumbai: Bigg Boss fans on Friday were in for a pleasant surprise when Kushaal poured his heart out to Gauahar and proposed to her on national TV.
It all started when Bigg Boss assigned a new task to Kushaal and Ajaz and asked them to woo Gauahar to win a dinner date with the lady. The two contestants went through four rounds to prove their mettle. The task was supervised by Andy.
What started as a task turned out to be a serious affair when Kushaal took the opportunity to bare his heart.
While Kushaal and Gauahar’s liking for each other has never been a secret, the two had never declared their love for each other, until now.
Ajaz, who has also been quite forthcoming in expressing his fondness for the lady, scored some brownie points when he sang a song for Gauahar in the first round, but Kushaal emerged as the clear winner when he surprised all by professing his love for the lady.
While Kushaal’s unexpected confession left everyone speechless, Gauahar was moved to tears when he sweetly said, “I love you and want to grow old with you.”
Though Ajaz tried his best, he was quick to realise that he didn’t stand a chance in front of Kushaal and wished the lovebirds a happy life together.
After the last round, Gauahar quickly thanked Ajaz for understanding her as a human being and wasted no time in professing her love for Kushaal.
Replying to Kushaal’s proposal, she said, “Bigg Boss 7 will be remembered as a show where two people met and actually fell in love.”
Gauahar’s confession invited cheers from the housemates.
Once the task was over, the lovebirds sat together and expressed surprise at their own confessions, while a heartbroken Ajaz indulged in some drama and tried to distract himself by seeking Sofia’s attention.
By and large the Bigg Boss house was full of love on Friday, but the moods here change faster than mercury.
And with Ajaz’s heartbreak, some sparks are bound to fly in the coming days. We just have to wait and watch.
