What to Expect From the Dil Dhadakne Do Song Releasing Today.
With hours to go before the first song from the Zoya Akhtar-directed Dil Dhadakne Do is released, producer Ritesh Sidhwani has tweeted a still from the what is presumably the music video.
Expect the title track, releasing at 4pm today, to be a nautical-themed number:
The song is a duet by actors Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar who also star in the movie as Ayesha Mehra, married to a man she wants to divorce, and Sunny Gill, the man Ayesha might have married. Both actors are accomplished singers with musical careers of their own. This will be Priyanka’s first foray into singing playback – Farhan has sung in films like Rock On!! and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.
Their co-star Anil Kapoor promises it will be a treat:
