The World’s Fastest Electric supercar – the Concept One – is headed to Dubai and will be showcased on April 9.
The Concept One is deemed an exceptional supercar with a new propulsion concept.
With a curb weight of 1750 kg, and 1088 HP, the Concept One can reach 100 kmph from a standstill in 2.8 seconds and continue to accelerate to the limit of 305 kmph.
Such performance was unimaginable just a few years ago from a fully electric car.
Rimac Automobili, an automobile manufacturing based out Zagreb, Croatia, is behind the car.
Concept One, according to some reports, is set to cost $980,000 with serial production set to start in 2013. A limited set of 88 units will be offered, with first deliveries expected in 2014.
According to internet reports the first car was delivered to an unnamed Spanish customer in January 2013.
