Mangalore. May 2: The district administration has estimated the total damage caused due to the LPG gas tanker tragedy on April 9, 2013 at Perne near Uppinangadi at Rs.51.29 Lakhs.
As per a PWD report, the losses to houses were estimated at Rs.43 lakhs and that of seven vehicles at Rs 8 lakhs.
