Mangaluru, July 11: By merely staying hunger it does not become fasting. The person who goes on fasting should also have a pure heart along with worship. Almighty Allah accepts such Kind of fasting, said Abdul Vafa Khasim Musliyar, Khateeb of Fauziya Jumma Masjid in the city.
He spoke in a ‘Ramdan Get-together’ on the topic of ‘Beary Culture and Ramdan fasting’ organized at TRF hall by Karnataka Beary Sahitya Academy and Talents Research Foundation.
Abdul Vafa Khasim Musliyar gave a call and said, Islam teaches to love the mother tongue. So every Beary muslim has to remain away from illicit and unlawful activities and possess faith on the mother tongue.
Muda President Haji Ibrahim Kodijal, D K district Vakfh suggestion committee S M Rasheed Haji, Mumtaz Ali- President of Islamic Cultural Center, Abdul Ravoof Puttige -Founder Chairman of Talent Research Foundation spoke on this occasion. TRF president Riyaraj Kannur was present.
