Mangaluru, February 21: Mulky cops have arrested two youths, who were found sexually harassing a minor girl at Nadugodu bus stop near Kinnigoly.
Mohan and Venkatesh, from Kaiyoor near Suratkal have been detained under judicial custody.
With the support of locals, the Mulky cops have arrested these two youths, who were found to be involved with sexually harassing a minor girl near Nadugodu bus stop near Kinnigoly.
Local youths on Thursday, caught hold of the two men red-handed. It is said, these culprits reportedly tried to intimidate the people by claiming that they belong to scheduled tribes and that the locals and police are helpless in acting against them. But the cops who arrived to the spot booked them under law and produced the duo in the court, it is gathered.
Cops suspect the involvement of another person in this act.
The police are investigating on the several other complaints that have been registered against the above two youngsters.
