After all the speculations in media about Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput expecting their first baby, Shahid has finally broke the news of his wife’s pregnancy. In the press conference held during the trailer launch of his upcoming movie Udta Punjab the actor seemed very excited about his upcoming “Baap” status!
Fans were already overwhelmed to see ex-flames Shahid and Kareena Kapoor Khan sharing a stage at the event and then, Shahid’s confirmation of Mira’s pregnancy was an icing on the cake.
The fact that Kareena was standing besides him while he confirmed the news, made it even more interesting to watch him blush about it.When a journalist asked Shahid on how ready he was to experience his upcoming fatherhood in life, Shahid remarked,

The news of Mira Rajput’s pregnancy surfaced when she was last seen at the Lakme Fashion Week, 2016 for Anita Dongre’s show in a peach anarkali suit. The layers of the suit were expected to hide the bump. The way she was standing with her hands covering the bump more or less confirmed her pregnancy rumours.
Later, she even attended her good friend, Masaba Gupta’s show in a pant suit that made her baby bump even more prominent.
