Bangalore: A family court hearing the case filed by a Kannada film actress against Karthik Gowda, son of Railway Minister D.V. Sadananda Gowda, on Wednesday posted it for October 21 and gave him a final chance to file his objection by then.
She had filed the suit seeking the status of a legally wedded wife of Mr. Karthik Gowda and a direction that he should not get married until the disposal of the case.
When the case came up for the hearing, counsel for Mr. Karthik Gowda sought time citing that his client is in mourning following the death of his grandmother and needed time. Considering the plea, the court posted the case to October 21.
