Mangalore, May 14: A Tempo-Traveler and Gas Tanker collide with each other, killing nine members of a family from Derlakatta, injuring eleven others in Kantalapur, Periapattana near Mysore on May 14, Wednesday morning.
The accident took place as tourist Tempo traveler, which was returning to Mangalore from Tamil Nadu in Kantalapur rammed into tanker and toppled.
It is learnt that the family from Deralakatte along with others had gone for south India tour visiting various places and was returning home. This accident claims a life of three men including a driver, three women and three children.
The injured have been admitted to a hospital in Periapattana for treatment.
