Mangalore, May 13: A teenage girl (19) has filed a complaint against her so called boy friend for sexually exploiting and threatening to kill her. The Kavoor Police have arrested the accused for threatening to kill and impregnating a teenager.
In the complaint filed in the Kavoor Police Station the girl stated that, the accused identified as Dileep (22), resident of Marakada Kavoor is said to have befriended a backward community girl from Kunjathbail a year ago. Once he was sure that he had gained her trust he is said to have developed physical relation with her in the pretext that he would get married to her. However after the girl became pregnant, their relation started turning sour. When the girl is said to have forced Dileep to marry her he is said to have insulted her saying that she was from backward cast and that he wouldn’t marry her. Dileep has also threatened to kill her if she would reveal this to anybody, it is gathered.
Dileep was produced in the court on Monday, May 12 and remanded to judicial custody.
