Prof Umesh Chandra, addressing the protest, said, “Ramdev had come to Mangalore a few years ago for a yoga programme. He fooled people with his words. He considers women as an object of lust. The remarks he made on Dalit women shows his cheap mentality.”

“Baba Ramdev always talks about black money, but has never spoken about his own assets. The government should make a thorough investigation into his assets,” he added.
