Mangalore, April 26: The SKSSF staged a protest in front of the DC office on April 25, Friday demanding the hand over the Kabeer shoot-out case to the CBI.
Addressing the protestors, SKSSF leader Maulana Abdul Aziz Darimi said that ANF police gunned down Kabeer because he was transporting cattle, in such situation what kind of punishment should the former minister get for watching blue films in the Assembly.
He also urged the government to hand over Kabeer shoot-out case to the CBI and alleged the police and communal outfits have good relation, which has been revealed from the Shringeri incident.
Another SKSSF leader Anees Kausari Puttur said that sense of insecurity has been created among the minorities and hence demanded impartial probe into the case.
Umar Darimi Salmara, Saleem Handelu, Sayyed Sharafuddin, Hyder Darimi Kalladka, Ashraf, Deviprasad Shetty and others participated in the protest.
