Mangalore, April 1: A 21 year old youth was crushed by a moving car at Pavanje near Mulki on April 1, Tuesday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Avinash.
After the death of youth, his father alleged that Avinash was murdered by purposely hitting a car against him.
According to Avinash’s father, his son was in love with a girl since few years and was dejected by her two months ago. When Avinash visited her office demanding the reason for ignoring him, he was arrested based on the complaint filed by her colleagues.
Later Avinash, who was released on bail by his friends, was waiting for the girl at Pavanje bridge on April 1, Tuesday to talk to her, but instead she knocked down Avinash by her car, said sources.
