Mangalore, Mar 29: State President of the NSUI Siddaveer S.V said that NSUI will inform the student community as well as the youth on various welfare schemes by the Congress government for the students.
Speaking at the press meet held at Congress Election office on March 29, Saturday, he said that NSUI will enlighten young voters and work for the victory of the Congress candidate of Dakshina Kannada Lok Sabha B Janardhana Poojary.
Speaking on Congress candidate, he said that people of district will surely elect such a taint free leader for the betterment of the society.
NSUI team will further visit visited Mandya, Chamrajnagar and Ramnagar for campaigning and also launched a movement against the pub attack and the ragging menace in educational campus, he said
He also highlighted various schemes implemented by Congress Government including RTE Act and Ksheera Bhagya Scheme.
NSUI General Secretary Bhushan, District Congress Spokesperson Ivan D’Souza and others were present at press meet.
