Kundapur; March 15: Addressing the ‘BJP activist’s conference’ held on March 14,Friday evening organized by Shirur and Byndoor Shakthi Kendra in Uppunda market,B.S.Yeddiyurappa,former chief minister of Karnataka said in his address that young generation are campaigning favoring Modi for the survival and security of the nation. In view of protecting the nation, today all the young people have united together, he said.
He further said that over the past 10 years, our country has been driven towards downfall through torrential rains of corruptions and scandals. The devil of price increase has destroyed the sleep of common and middle class people. This is the contribution of their administration given to the nation, he ridiculed.
He further added that whole world is saying that in India there is a lack of competent leaders capable of leading the nation forward but this time Narendra Modi will emerge as capable leader, who can drive the nation towards prosperity. If 1947 year was the year of Independence came to us and 2014 should become the year, wherein everybody should try hard to rescue the independence, which came to our fold.
Continuing his speech he said that by sowing the seeds of caste poison, congress government is disturbing the communal harmony in the state and by impressing the minorities, congress is playing a vote bank politics, he alleged
Though 10 months have been completed after coming to the power, nothing has been done by the congress for the poor and in terms of development, it is a big zero. Only through sowing the poisonous seeds of caste, they tried to bring bad repute/name in the society, he alleged.
He further said that all the common people in the state know about the development works done by the man, who had gone to do the social work with the principle, intention of ‘Sarvarigoo Samabalu, Sarvarigoo Samapalu’ (for everybody equal life and for everbody equal share), made forcefully to quit the chair of chief minister by leveling false allegation of corruption charges against me. Only after seeing those development works during my tenure, this time people will elect BJP party in the upcoming Loka Sabha election. After becoming minister, it is not my aim to sit only in Delhi but my mission is to rejuvenation of BJP party by convening, re-organizing and to bring back BJP to power in Karnataka, he said.
Though lion is the king of the animals in the forest, when it is hungry, it is inevitable, obvious to go for hunting in search of its prey. Likewise, though the opinion about Narendra Modi is more and victory is guaranteed, activists should not become lethargic or forget. In each election booth, party workers should gather the people and make them aware, understand about the importance of this upcoming election and it should be shown to the nation and world that through the power of activist’s, organized workers, state and nation can be driven towards possible changes, he added.
