Mangalore, Mar 1: The first international Tulu movie ‘Nirel’, produced by Shodhan Prasad Sandhya Creations released at Cinepolis, City Center mall here on February 28, Friday.
Sumathi, mother of Shodhan Prasad inaugurated the ceremony.
The movie directed by Ranjt Bajpe is based on a love story shot in the UAE.
Speaking on the occasion, Shodhan Prasad expressed his happiness over the success of the film in Dubai.
Director Ranjith Bajpe in his address said that he has confidence that film would run successfully in Mangalore too.
The packed audience enjoyed the finest Tulu movie and appreciated the producer and actors for their dedication and hard work.
The singers like Akshata Rao, Abhishek, Shilpa, Pramod, Shivkumar along with Dubai-based singer and entrepreneur Harish Sherigar have lent their voices for the movie songs.

Co-producer San Poojary, actor Anoop Sagar, actresses Deepthi Salian and Varuna Shetty, music director Abhishek SN, art director Rajneesh Amin, Sachin Padil and the family members of the cast and crew of movie ‘Nirel’ were also present.
