Moodbidri; Feb 19: In recently held Mangalore University’s inter-college level Tulu cultural competition in Moodbidri Mahaveer College, Ujire SDM College has bagged comprehensive award in ‘Tulunaada Siri Madipu-2014’.
In the group (mass) category Sunkadakatte S.N.S.college, first, Dhavala College, Moodbidri second, Karkala Bhuvanendra College third, Mulky Vijaya College and Belthangady government first grade college got consolation prizes. In the individual colour picture creation category SDM College’s Chetana first,Dhavala college’s Kiran second,in written rasaquestion,Mangalore Gokarnatheshwara college’s Shailesh first, Karkala Bhuvanendra college’s Naveen second,in the tying of flower competition Dhavala college’s Chaitra first,Vamanjoor Saint Reymons college’s Francis Ryes second,in Rangoli contest Suratkal Govindadas college’s Krithi first,Siddakatte government first grade college’s Swetha, second,in Tulu speech contest Ujire SDM college’s Dheeraj,first,Karkala Bhuvanendra college’s Suhas,second got the prizes.
