Bantwal, Feb 4: In an accident, four people of a family were killed, when a KSRTC bus and an autorickshaw collided with each other near the Panemangalore Bridge on NH 75 on February 3,Monday.
The deceased have been identified as Jagadish, his wife Supreetha, his brother Bhaskar and Bhaskar’s wife Prema resident of Mulibail in Barimar village.
In the accident, Bhaskar’s children Hritijna and Abhijna were seriously injured, while Jagadish’s son Nishan is said to be critical and are taking treatment in the private hospital.
Reportedly, the incident took place when the family was on their way to home after attending the marriage at BC road.
Bantwal Circle Inspector Rajashekhar Mistry and the team reached the spot.
