Karkala; Jan 20: Replying to the media personnel after visiting the houses of recently died senior, eminent cooperative H.Radhakrishna Nayak and Kucchur freedom fighter Smt.Padmavathi, Dr.M.Veerappa Moily, minister for petroleum and natural gases said in his address that foundation stone laying ceremony for widening of so called Agumbe- Ghat, which connects three districts will be held in the month of February, 2014.
He further said that a detailed discussion was held with Oscar Fernandez, minister for road transport and highways about the widening of Agumbe- Ghat and definitely grants will be provided in this regard from the central government, he said.
