Mangalore: Bharath Scouts and Guides certificate distribution programme held at Lalbhag, Mangalore.
Deputy Commissioner A.B Ibrahim presided over the programme and distributed the certificates to cubs, bul buls, scouts and guides, rovers and ranger students.
Thyagam, Treasurer Vasudhev Bolur and others were present.
On the occasion, guides of Harekala Ramakrishna Highschool and Bantwal Government Pre University College performed the variety programmes to entertain the gathering.
