Karkala; Jan 11: A case of bike-Toofan vehicle collision near Komal Feeds factory in Hebri was reported on Jan 10, Friday morning, resulting the rider of the bike sustained injuries.
Sources said that Karunakara Poojary, a resident of Someshwara Kepli in Naadsal village, an employee of Komal Feeds factory, after going to Kanyana market on company’s work, while returning back to the factory, by putting an indicator, he was about to take right turn. Meantime one Toofan vehicle bearing registration number 49.M.3080 was coming from Perdoor to Hebri at high speed collided with Karunakara’s bike and ran away without stopping his vehicle. The injured Karunakara Poojary was admitted hospital.
A case was registered in this regard in Hebri Police station.
