Government implements Anti-Superstition Bill to target Hindus: Pravin Togadia

Mangalore, Jan 9: Pravin Togadia, president of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) said that government is taking over the management of some of the temple and is discriminating against the Hindus. Hindu activists will stage violent protest not only in Karnataka but throughout the country if the government does not relieve all the temples and Maths from its control.

Addressing the press meet held a Sanghaniketan hall on January 8, Wednesday, he said that government is targeting Hindus, through the proposed Anti-Superstition Bill and do not dare to target the Christians and Muslims.

He also said that evangelist Benny Hinn must be restricted from visiting Bangalore, since his main intention is to convert our Hindus and Congress government is supporting it. VHP and Bajarangdal activists will work to protect and promote Hindu religion and culture. Congress must not take Hindus for granted, he said.

Speaking on recent Deralakatte case, he said that Criminal must be punished for the heinous crime irrespective of religion and Congress Government is trying to protect them since they are Muslims.
