Mangalore, Jan 2: BJP leader and former minister CT Ravi said that Congress government’s inefficiency has given rise to blackmailing, drug mafia, and kidnapping for prostitution and love jihad.
Speaking at the press meet on Jan 1, Wednesday, he said that over the past few years, over 3,000 women have gone missing in the state. There is some connection between Derlakatte case and the missing cases of the state, he said.
Ravi also said that Congress government has failed to take proper measures regarding security and protection towards the youth and women in the state.
The congress government which has stressed the higher authority to impose Goonda Act against hindu activists during the Pub attack and Home stay attack are taking the similar law in case of the Derlakatte case accused, he said.
If the government fails to curb such acts, BJP will have to stage severe protests.
