Kundapur; Nov 27: The rituals of evening prayer (Best) on the day before the Holy rosary church’s annual ‘Terali festival’ was performed with great pomp and enthusiasm on Nov 26, Tuesday evening and Nov 27, Wednesday morning.
The complete leadership of performing prayer rituals has been taken over by Udupi dharmapranthiya most respected Valerian Mendonza and has carried out the prayer rituals with great reverence.
In prayer religious rites Kundapur church’s chief dharma guru honorable Anil D’Souza,Kundapur St Mary’s college principal respected Pravin Amrath Martis,Church’s vice president Michael Braganza, secretary Dr.Soni D’Costa,Irene Fernandez and Kundapur region and other church’s dharma gurus were participated.
After the evening prayer was held on Nov 26, Tuesday an attractive, sparkling exhibition of fireworks was held in the church’s premises. Devotees who completed their formalities of offerings by lighting the candles in front of Mariamma’s statue. On behalf of the festival, entire church building was illuminated with colorful lights.
