The JMFC Bantwal and chief senior civil Advocate Naveena Kumari inaugurated the programme.
The president of the committee Suresh Poojary presided over the function. Chief civil Advocate Shrinivas, Jayaprakash D.R., Tahashildar Malleswami, M.S. Ali were present.
