Bnatwal, Nov. 22: Lack of values in the education system will destroy the morality of students. This is the reason why the corruption, crimes, terrorism activities taking place in the public life said retired principal Maheshwar Bhat.
He spoke after inaugurating the various competition organized by Shree Khsetra Dharmasthala Yoga and Moral education project and public instruction department at Kalladka Shri Rama High school.
Various programmes like drawing, speech, essay and other competitions were held for the students.
Taluk educational convener Sujatha presided over the function. Head master Vasantha madhava, Bantwal taluk Kannada Sahitya Parishat president Jayananda Peraje, Shashikanth Jain, Somappa Madival, Chenna Kehava Perne, Shanta were present.
Valedictory function and prize distribution programme was held on thesecond day. Makkala Loka organization secretary Bhaskar Adwal was the chief speaker.
