Udupi; Oct 25: Frustrated and feared local residents by the continuous theft of ladies undergarments and gold ornaments and cash by Milton D’Souza, a thief from Brahmavar have appealed to the police superintendent on Oct 23, Wednesday to take suitable measures
Locals stated in their appeal that for the last several years he has been creating havoc in Havanje,Uppoor,Aloor villages and surrounding areas by entering houses, stealing gold ornaments, cash and ladies dresses.
