Think positively, if you sit worrying, your health will get deteriorated. When we don’t treat the senior citizens properly, when they were alive, by celebrating their death annual day in a grand scale, people are telling that they got peace. What is the benefit out of this?

We have to bring change in the way of thinking and life style. Senior citizens are more prone to lonliness, depression and dementia. These diseases can be diagnosed through Yoga to certain extent. We have to do exercise and walk 3-4 times in a day. After the age of forty, we have to follow strict diet. We have to bring happiness within ourselves.

Rabindra Nayak, president senior citizen’s sangha, Dr.Vasudeva S, psychologist in district hospital and Psychologist Deepak Mallya were present on the occasion.
