Brahmavar; Oct 02: ‘Prathibha Puraskara and Scholarship distribution’ ceremony of Brahmavar Devadiga Sangha (R) was held under the presidentship of Shambhu Sherigar.

Kumari Sowjanya, third rank holder in M.A.economics of Mangalore University last year, a poor and talented student has been felicitated by presenting her shawl, fruits, flowers and memento.
Besides, a total of 20 students of 7th, 10th and II nd P.U.C, who have scored highest marks in 2012-2013 have also been distributed scholarship.
Besides one of the guests, Raghavendra G said in his address that an opportunity never knock at us but we have to be after that, then only it is possible to find the path of success.Accordingly, students who have received scholarships should not give up the hopes until you accomplish your goals and don’t forget that we are Devadigas and out Tulu culture, he hinted at students
Shambhu Sherigar in his presidential address said that Sangha is not the property of any single individual. Only when we join hands together, we will gain strength.He also requested all the members to become members of the Sangha and participate in the activities of the Sangha.Then only our Sangha can see the path of success effectively, he added.
