Karkala; Sept 39: It has been reported that after breaking the doors of the shed, situated below the Airtel tower, 24 cells battery worth Rs 45,000 has been stolen at Chilimbi, in Kanthavara village, Barady cross in Karkala taluk.
Prakash Naik said in his complaint lodged in Karkala rural police station that theft has occurred between Wednesday afternoon at 1.00pm and Saturday afternoon 2.00pm.
