Mangalore, Sept 28: The most expecting Tulu movie Rickshaw Driver produced by Praveen Kumar Konchady under Sri Muthu Film’s banner is released on September 27 across Dakshina Kannada and Udupi district.
The film is being shown in Big Cinemas, Cinepolis at City Center and Central in Mangalore, Udupi’s Alankar, B.C. Roads Nakshatra and Puttur’s Aruna theaters.
Addressing the media at Cinepolis at City Center Mall, the producer Praveen Kumar Konchadi said that this movies id based on the story of auto driver and it shows how he becomes a model for his society
He further said that comedy king Navin D Padil acted in a double role, and also Arvind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Satish Bandale and others enacted in the movie. “The songs in the movie have already become hits.
Director Rajashekar spoke and said that the film ‘Oriyardori Asal’ which is directed by him was well appreciated by the audience. ‘Rickshaw Driver’ is also produced with those hopes he said.
Actors Arvind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Karthik Banjan, actress Neha Saxena, music director Wahab Saleem Putur, Keshwava Suvarna and others were present.
The film troupe has decided to donate 10% of the collection from the CD sales to the families of the victims of Perne gas tragedy.

Speaking to the media, hero of the film Karthik said that I am very happy to say that in the first show only we get lot of good opinion of the film by the viewers. This film have good story and its based on real life story of rickshaw driver. The film filled with entertainment, it includes both action and comedy, I am sure that the people will like this movie he opined.
The actress Neha Saksena said that I am thankful to everyone who gave me the opportunity to act in Tulu film. This is new experience to me. While talking in Tulu it was like a tongue twister to me because am basically from Punjabi she said.
