Karkala; August 10: D V Sadananda Gowda, former chief minister after inaugurating the”Vividha Jnandpada Kreeda Koota and grameena Thindigala Aatidonji Tulu Kamala Koota”organized by Karkala BJP workers at Karkala Neklaje Guthu Kambala Gadde by playing “Chenne Mane” said in his presidential address that the traditions, cultures what have been taught by our forefathers has become a looking glass for us in today’s modern life. The festivals which olden day’s people used to celebrate in rural villages had its own importance and meaning.
In today’s modern life we can only dream about the life style of olden days. Under the circumstance it is highly commendable to note that by organizing the event like “Aatidonji Tulu Koota” todays younger generation can be taught about the daily life and the food culture of the people of the yester years, says Gowda.
Besides he also said that”message of unity”can be conveyed through this rural style games and it will also help to encourage, motivate the youths.
He further said that within two months of Congress government came into power, even when thousands of cattles are being illegally transported and cattles are being stolen by entering the cow shed by wielding the sword to the people, government is keeping silent like a mute spectator by keeping their eyes closed, resulting the uprooting of democracy. Under the circumstance by uniting, everybody should work hard, we have to ensure the defeat of the pasty which is by creating confusion dis-harmony amongst the people in the upcoming Loka Sabha election and build strong India by making Narendra Modi as the next Prime minister.
Sunil Kumar, MLA from Karkala constituency after inaugurating the games events arranged for youths through buffalo racing said in his address that I am extremely happy to note that all party workers has have participated in this ‘Sneha Sammilana Koota’ and advised all the party workers to start working for the ensuing Loka Sabha election and build strong Yuva Samudhaya, and this programme has been organized for the sake of youth, he added.
