Mangaluru, November 12: Condemning the violence that occurred during the observation of Tipu Jayanthi and the incident in which VHP leader Kuttappa was killed in Madikeri, bundh will not be observed, instead state-wide protest will be held in all district and taluk centres on Friday, November 13th and protest rally will be held between 11am to 12 pm and will include blocking of roads, informed VHP leader Jagadish Shenava and Bajrang Dal leader Sharan Pumpwell.

The leaders of Hindu organizations from twin coastal districts decided this in a meeting held at Sanghaniketan on Wednesday, November 11th.

The government is responsible for the present tension and unrest in the state. Chief Minister is trying to appease the minorities and playing vote bank politics. Because of this, death of innocents like Prashant Poojary and Kuttappa has taken place. Hence, Siddaramaiah should own moral responsibility and should resign, demanded Sharan Pumpwell.
