Mangaluru, July 29: A boy was seriously injured after a bus ran over him when the boy riding the bicycle had reportedly collided to a road divider and fell on the road. The incident took place near petrol bunk at Bejai Kapikad here on the evening of Tuesday July 28th.
The boy has been identified as Amogh Shetty (13), a resident of Hat Hill. It is learnt that he was going to tuitions when the accident took place.
It is said, the boy was riding his bicycle and was moving towards the main road from Hat hill traversing through a steep path. Meanwhile, he lost control over his speeding bicycle, collided to the road divider and fell on the road. At that moment a private bus Krishna Prasad- number 47 moved over the boys legs, it is gathered.
The boy was critically injured and bled profusely. The publics rushed the boy to A J Hospital.
The private bus was moving from State Bank towards Bajpe.
Kadri police have registered a case.

As the boy has profusely bled, he is in need of O-ve blood, and the doctors have approached all the hospitals in the city. The doctors are putting all the efforts to save the boy.
