Mangaluru, March 9: A youth who had suffered injuries in an accident between a bike and a gas tanker has succumbed to his injuries on Sunday, March 8th.
The deceased is Guruprasad Taliguli (25), son of Chandrashekar and Nalini, residing at Guvedapadavu. Guruprasad was an employee of Tata Sky at Kottara in Mangaluru.
The accident had taken place on Saturday at Kolya near Ullal. While Guruprasad was on his way back home, travelling by a bike from his workplace with his friend, this accident occurred. He was riding pillion. The bike was struck under the truck.
The bike rider was saved miraculously in the accident. Guruprasad had sustained serious injuries on the waist and was rushed to hospital. He succumbed to his injuries on Sunday.
