Karnataka state high court upheld the ban order passed on Pravin Togadia.

Bengaluru, February 6: The Karnataka high court on Friday, February 6th has upheld the order passed by the police commissioner of Bengaluru which refrained entry to Pravin Togadia, the VHP leader to Bengaluru. He was expected to participate in the Hindu Samajothsava, organized in Bengaluru on February 8th.

Advocate General (AG) Ravivarma Kumar on Thursday had submitted to the high court that Togadia was a dangerous person who could disrupt the communal harmony in the State by his provocative speeches.
