Mangaluru, January 14: A women and her child who were crossing a road suffered serious injuries after being knocked by a speeding bike in the city on Wednesday, January 14th.
The incident took place at Nanthur Padavu on Wednesday morning.
A bike which was moving towards Kadri from Nanthur dashed to the women and her child who were crossing the road. Meanwhile two other bikers dashed to the former bike after losing control over their bikes. Five persons are injured in this accident. They are admitted to a private hospital.
Critically injured child and the mother are struggling for life at a hospital in Mangaluru.
According to the local eye witnesses, over speed of the bike rider is the reason for the accident.
Kadri cops have visited the spot and filed a case.
