Mangalore, January 14: As per the Karnataka State Police Amendment Article- 2012; the State Police Complaints Authority and District Police Complaints Authority has been framed as ordered by the state government.

DySP and Police Officers under his rank/ personnel’s while on duty / investigations happen to exhibit serious misbehaviour, under such circumstances; publics can directly file a complaint with the authority.

During the incidents of grievous assault and rape while under police custody which had occurred supported by the officer, concerned may file complaint.
