Mangaluru, December 26: The Police commissioner R Hithendra, has cited the Karnataka Control of Organised Crime Act against Yogish alias Kali Yogish who has remained elusive, as well as his four aides.
A charge sheet has been filed concerned to this at the Principal District and Sessions court of Special KCOCA in Mysuru.
The four accused namely Sunil Kumar alias Kauti(22), Rohith Kamath(22), Subbu alias Subramanya(27), and Kiran alias Achyuth alias Swami(30) were caught when they were planning to shoot a realtor from Mangaluru at Kuntapadavu which comes under Bajpe police station jurisdiction.
