Mangaluru, December 11: The three days program “Vishwa Tuluvere Parba” will be inaugurated on Friday evening, December 12th which is scheduled to be held at the premises of Sahyadri Engineering College, Adyar, Mangaluru.
Secretary of Vishwa Tuluvare Parba, Dharmapala U Devadiga said in a press release that the three day long program- Vishwa Tuluvere Parba will create the environment of a fair in which lakhs of Tulu lovers are expected to participate in this grand event.
He said, Dr D Veerendra Hegde will inaugurate the event on December 12th at 5.30pm. In the culmination programme, along with Siddaramaiah, the Chief Minister of the State; writers, thinkers, and politicians will participate in this function. On December 12th, Sahyadri Tuluvere Isiri, book collections, Kadapuda Voda, Atil Agarane, exhibition, film stage inauguration and other programs will be held, said Devadiga.
Devadiga also informed that Cycle balance, snacks of tulunadu, Santheda Kala, Bale Telepale, Kavya-Gaana –Kuncha-Nalike, concerts, Tulu-Konkani-Beary academy sponsored programs, Tuluvere Tuttaitha, Tulunada Vaibhava, Gaanada Kotya, Yakshagana and many other programs will make the event colourful .
The auditoriums and platforms where the Tulu Parba will be organized is named after S U Paniyani, S R Hegde, Padur Gururaj Baht, Vishu Kumar, Dr Venkataraj Puninchittaya, and Kedambadi Jattappa Rai.
Tulu Academy President Janaki S Brahmavara, A C Bhandary- organizer of tulu Parba, Secretary Nitte Sahshidhar Shetty, main convener Kadri Navaneetha Shetty was present.
