Kundapur, May 13: It has been reported from Tekkatte, near Kundapur that a hotelier was killed on the spot in a hit and run case by an unknown vehicle on May 12, Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Kushal Shetty, hotelier by profession, aged 45 resident of Kiradi, near Mandarthi and according to the available information his house warming ceremony was fixed to 13th May, Monday.
He is survived by his wife and two children.
Accident took place when Kushal who had gone to the Gracy Auditorium to attend a reception and came out of the auditorium to meet a friend.
Sources said, the vehicle sped from the spot of the accident as soon as the man fell on the
ground.
Police arrived to the spot and registered a case in this regard for further investigation.
